Frequently asked questions
Can I try Monitor before buying?
Yes. Sign in inside Monitor to start your seven-day trial automatically if you have no existing access and have not used a trial. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Downloading or signing in on the website does not start the trial. After purchase, use the same account to unlock Monitor without reinstalling.
Can I use it on multiple Macs?
Yes. A Monitor license covers one person on up to three personal Macs, for personal or professional use. Usage is free for now with no device limit.
Does Monitor include updates?
Yes. Monitor includes all 1.x updates. A future major upgrade may be sold separately. You can keep using the major version you purchased if you choose not to upgrade.
Is Usage free?
Yes. Usage is free for now. A Reaper account is required to download it. Provider subscriptions are separate.
Does Monitor send process data anywhere?
Monitor inspects processes and resources on your Mac. The inspected process data is not uploaded to Reaper. Account, authorization, download, and update checks contact Reaper services.
How does Usage get provider limits?
It uses the provider tools and sign-ins on your Mac. Codex runs through the local Codex app-server. Claude usage comes through Claude Code, including the copy that Claude Desktop installs. Grok usage is requested from Grok using the Grok CLI credential on your Mac.
Does Usage store my provider password?
No. Usage does not ask you to enter a provider password. It uses credentials already managed by the installed provider tools. Reaper servers do not receive those credentials.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 14 days if the product does not run as described, you bought it twice, or we cannot resolve a material technical problem. The full policy explains the details and preserves mandatory consumer rights.
Are these subscriptions?
No. Monitor is a one-time purchase. Usage is free for now. Reaper is available for evaluation by invitation only and is not for sale.
Who handles payments and receipts?
Creem handles payments, receipts, and applicable tax as our Merchant of Record. Purchases are subject to our Terms and the Creem Buyer Terms. Your receipt links to the Creem Customer Portal. Reaper provides the software and support. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
